Mark Leonard is Europe’s pre-eminent authority on international relations. He is Director of the pan-European think tank, The European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR), which he founded in 2007. The ECFR has offices in 7 European capitals, a council of 300 European leaders (including serving and former presidents, prime minister, economics and foreign ministers), and an award-winning staff. In this role, he has advised 19 European governments and some of Europe’s biggest companies.
